Brandon Daniel Whitby Family Lawyer

Brandon studied law at the University of Birmingham Law School in the United Kingdom. He then obtained a Masters of Laws at Osgoode Hall in Toronto, Ontario. Brandon was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.

Prior to joining M. G. Michaels & Associates, Brandon articled for a Toronto-based family litigation firm, gaining experience in all areas of family law, and assisting clients with issues such as parenting (custody and access), child support and spousal support, and the division of property.

Together with the highly experienced and knowledgeable family law team at M. G. Michaels & Associates, Brandon is committed to zealously advocating for his clients’ best interests (be it through negotiation or litigation), and strives to anticipate his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. Brandon prides himself in being client-focused and works to develop and continue meaningful relationships with his clients.

Before pursuing a career in family law, Brandon volunteered for a prominent Not-for-Profit organization in Toronto, Ontario. He assisted in creation of various after-school programs for youth in marginalized communities.
